Job Summary:
As the Senior Director of Client Success at Aeropay, you are a top executive responsible for providing top-level leadership and strategic direction to the entire Client Success department. This role involves shaping and executing the overall client success strategy, ensuring the successful onboarding and retention of clients, and contributing to the overall revenue strategy. The Senior Director of Client Success collaborates with other top executives, addresses complex client-related challenges, and plays a critical role in the overall success of the organization.

- Monitor and evaluate the performance of client success programs.
