Associating User Who Captures an Authorized Transaction

We're now tracking the merchant user who captures an authorized Aeropay payment

• The transaction report now includes columns for Captured By Name & Email showing the user who captures an authorized payment

• This will allow merchants to track tips associated with specific employees capturing authorized transactions

• This also includes an update for including the transaction type in the report (standard/preauth/invoice)

With this new feature, merchants can easily associate payment amounts and tips to a specific employee for preauthorized payments.

Instructions

1. Click the Export Button at the top right of the Payments page.

2. Select the timeframe, data, and merchant locations you want to include

3. Enter the email where you want to receive the report and click "Send Report"

4. Download the report from your email

5. View the merchant user who captured each preauthorized transaction in the Captured by Name and Captured by Email columns
