Improved Subscription Management

You can now create multiple subscriptions, manage subscribers, and view subscription payments

- With this update, merchants can now create any number of subscriptions to provide more optionality to clients and customers

- It's now possible to view subscription details including active and inactive subscribers as well as payments through that subscription

- Users can create and edit subscriptions, adjust plan amounts, and view plan details directly from the Subscriptions tab

- It is also possible to send subscription links directly to customer emails and phone numbers using our Payment Link functionality

Use our Merchant Dashboard to build recurring subscriptions with custom timeframes, plan amounts, and free trial optionality. Easily embed Aeropay's online subscription solution into your platform, or send links directly to your customers via phone or email. Your customers will simply link their bank and subscribe using Aeropay's widget.

Instructions

1. Navigate to the Subscriptions Tab

2. Click "New Subscription"

3. Enter a Subscription Name, select the Customer Type, enter the Plan Amounts, select the Time Frame, and choose whether to enable a Free Trial

Note: Entering "0" for a plan amount will mean that plan will not appear to your users

4. Click "Create"

5. View your Subscriptions in the Subscriptions Tab

6. Navigate to the Payments Tab and send the Subscription in a Payment Link

7. Your users will access the link to confirm the Subscription

8. Click on "Details" for the desired Subscription

9. You can now view your Subscribers

10. You can end the Subscription for a selected user

11. The user will now be displayed as Inactive in the Subscribers tab

12. You can also view Payments to the selected Subscription
