We are looking for a Customer Care Specialist to join our growing team. The Customer Service Specialist assist customers by responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues or complaints.
This is a full-time, remote position.
Responsibilities include:
- Own overall relationship with AeroPay customers, which includes promptly responding to customer requests, ensuring positive engagement, and proactively communicating with the Customer Care team.
- Communicate AeroPay features to customers and comfortability with learning language relating to AeroPay systems.
- Help operationalize and build-out our customer care program as we transition from local to national presence.
- Operate desk support dashboard and promptly resolve tickets from customers in an efficient manner.
About You
- Previous experience in a Technical or Customer Success role; ideally with a FinTech or SaaS company.
- Demonstrated success in a customer facing role. Experience at a technology or SaaS company preferred.
- High bandwidth - you have no problem juggling multiple tasks and support requests at once.
- Superb verbal and written communication skills – you’re articulate, straightforward, positive, and engaging.
- Service mindset - you love helping people.
- Outstanding conflict resolution skills.
- Comfortable in a rapidly changing environment
