The Client Experience Manager is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the experience and success of Aeropay's clients. This role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding their business needs, and coordinating with internal teams to meet client objectives. The Client Experience Manager is a key player in driving client retention and facilitating the growth of Aeropay's client base.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and objectives.
- Provide strategic guidance on utilizing Aeropay's products and services.
- Oversee the onboarding process and successful ramp for new clients.
- Monitor and analyze client usage and satisfaction.
- Address and resolve client inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client success.
- Contribute to the documentation of client success processes.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices.
- Participate in strategic planning for client engagement and retention.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Occasional travel to dispensaries to meet clients.
