Lead Test Engineer

We’re looking for a Lead Test Engineer to join our growing team.

Job Description:

• Create and execute test plans to properly QA and UAT new products/features.
  
• Define testing tools, business metrics, and processes at AeroPay.
  
• Build automation into our testing, CI/CD environment.
  
• Investigation of bugs and support tickets.
  
• Have an eagerness to share your ideas, and openness to those of others.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve software development at AeroPay.
  

Requirements:

• Experience testing, shipping, and maintaining highly scalable web applications and backend services.
  
• Experience working with the following technologies: Python, JavaScript, SQL, RESTful APIs, AWS, Git, Elasticsearch, etc.
  
• In-depth knowledge of modern web development with previous experience in QA, UAT, performance testing, error reporting, agile, and CI/CD pipelines.
  
• Knowledge of SDLC automation tools and ability to understand, monitor, or enhance existing business or work processes.
  
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  
• Willingness to dig in and get the job done for the benefit of the team.
